Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial to approved publishers. To maintain the quality of our network, all applicants are vetted before access is granted. Once approved, your trial begins.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can switch plans or cancel at any time. If you’re on an annual plan, any downgrade will take effect at your next renewal date.
Do you offer discounts for agencies or startups?
We offer bespoke enterprise plans based on your auction volume and business needs. Get in touch with our sales team to find the best fit.
What’s included in each plan?
All paid plans include access to core platform features. Higher tiers unlock additional listings, team seats, and file storage. The Bid-Only plan is free, but it does not include listing functionality.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
Okushon is simple to use, with guided onboarding to help you get started fast. However, integrating with ad servers may require technical support. If your team requires support, our White Glove and Done For You services can handle it for you.
Can I add White Glove or Done For You to any plan?
Yes. Both services are available as optional add-ons for any paid plan (excludes Bid-Only). Just mention it during signup or contact sales, and we’ll tailor support to your needs.
